What we collect
If you join our email list, we store the email address you give us, the language you were reading the site in, and the date you signed up. That is all. We do not ask for your name, and we do not store your IP address or device information alongside it.
Like most websites, we also use analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. We use the Meta pixel so that we can show our advertising to people who have visited this site. Both of these place cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and share information with Google and Meta respectively, under their own privacy policies.
You can opt out of these through your browser settings, an ad blocker, or the advertising controls offered by Google and Meta.
How we use your email
We use it to tell you when we open and to send occasional news and offers from ZAMZAM. We do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone else for their own marketing.
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time by calling the store.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. When you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you immediately and remove your address from our list.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
